Inserts are spheroidal graphite cast iron pieces. They are an integral part of the concrete sleepers used by the Indian Railways. Inserts help the steel rails get attached to the concrete sleepers and make sure the rails hold the sleeper in place. Our foundry is approved by RDSO and RITES to cast RT-6901 (Alt. 5) and RT-381 (Alt. 9).
